Stark predicts Braves

Jayson Stark predicted the Braves for the world series in his latest artical. I found it an interesting read. Few have predicted the Braves for the WS, but they number 2 people whos views are well-respected. Peter Gammons and Jayson Stark. A combo that's hard to beat.

Stark predicts BravesI read that artical and obviously agree with it 100%. What I really found funny was all the comments, people saying things like "the pitching staff is injury prone and 100 years old the Mets are so much better". Should be a fun year... |

Stark predicts BravesI don't %100 percent agree with the prediction-I don't predict the play-offs because the best team loses all too often-but his point is well taken. It seems that the Mets have already won the world series, unless the Phillies unseat them(I know that that is a incorrect statement, but that's the vibe that many analysts put out). The Braves have a legit shot at the NL-E crown. There is no reason that they are not mentioned in the same breath as the Mets or Philles. |
